Absentee/mail-in voting: request by mail by Oct 25

• Voted ballot is due postmarked by by 7 pm CST on Nov 5, and received by 5pm on Nov 6. If address is outside of the US, must be postmarked by 7pm on Nov 5 and received no later than Nov 10.
